I love all sorts of movies, but Space Jam is a charming slice of the 90's that really encapsulates a lot of things I loved in entertainment from that era. This movie is unapologetically unafraid of what it is: a fun joyride filled with cartoon elements and Michael Jordan slamming some Basketballs in some hoops. What more could you ask for? It's even got aliens. Jokes aside, I 've always loved how fun this movie allowed itself to be. It's very silly and ridiculous and it's most definitely not some sort of objectively good masterpiece, but it's a very enjoyable experience for viewers.
