I was able to successfully used that source code on three different blood pressure monitors.
Please like the video and comment below if you want more details on how I was able to do it.
Creating a detailed video takes time. I can tackle the following on a separate video if there's interest.
- I2C EEPROM Hacking (even there's an existing I2C master)
- using logic analyzer to check the i2c traffic.
- teardown of different off the shelf blood pressure monitors.
- connection to those blood pressure monitors.
PS:
This is a simple demo of off the shelf blood pressure monitor hacks.
The Arduino gets the data from the i2c EEPROM of the blood pressure monitor.
Once it got the data it will be transfered wirelessly via wifi or bluetooth to create IoT applications.
