For the pastry

Mastic powder - 1 teaspoon
Ground mahlepi - 2 teaspoons
Caster sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Instant yeast - 7 grams
Unsalted butter - 60 grams/ 2¼ oz, softened
Full-fat milk - 450 ml/ 16 fl oz
