On October 22nd, 2015 I uploaded a video to this channel called " All character's first world bank speech. It included every character in payday 2 AT THE TIME. Since then and throughout the past five years. I still receive comments asking where is a certain character or why doesn't Bain shut the hell up. Back then there was nothing I could do. Today the new and up to date version is here.

Why now?
If you must know I needed to do some exporting and uploading tests for YouTube since I'm going to be uploading again and I didn't want to make a full on video for a test so I guess I finally had a reason to remake this thing.

And if for some reason ANOTHER character comes out even though there hasn't been one in over 2 years then I will add them too in another video...
