Your plane landed and your luggage didn’t come with you, but fear not! Grace at AGL Airways’ Customer Service Department will help you find out where it is in this softly spoken telephone role play! :D
I hope that if any of you have ever had a negative experience with lost / delayed luggage ( I sure have!) that this role play will help to bring a more positive association to your experience. Triggers include a softly spoken voice, along with natural mouth sounds, thinking sounds*, LOTS of ‘okay’ trigger words, typing / keyboard sounds, mouse clicking, and telephone sound/voice effects. Hope you enjoy this!
* Thinking sounds, or mouth clicking, were originally introduced / popularized to the ASMR world by Heather Feather
Fulfilling your requests slowly but surely! I've gotten a lot of requests, old and recent, to make another telephone role play. I try to make role plays as natural as possible so that it will simulate a real customer service phone call, a real life ASMR trigger that a lot of people have experienced (myself included) long before discovering the ASMR community. It helps that I once worked in customer service, and I LOVED it (well, I loved the assisting customers part). It could be frustrating at times but it made me so happy when I could help someone and help fix a problem.

- I had been trying to come up with a good idea for another telephone role play, and my awesome friend Ian suggested a "lost luggage" role play. So much thanks to him!
- My own experiences largely inspired me to make my first telephone effect role play in 2012. I was often triggered when I listened to customer representatives, and sometimes I would ask more questions so I didn’t have to get off the phone because their voices along with the typing / mouse clicking sounds were so relaxing!

ASMR can help provide relief from insomnia, depression, stress, and anxiety, and I really hope that I can help others to find more peace in their day. However, I'm not a professional, and because of that, I want to at least point you in the right direction if you’re looking for long term help for your anxiety and depression:
