Ube kalamay or kalamay ube is a steamed sticky rice cake made with condensed milk , rice flour and coconut milk . It is a famous filipino kakanin which is prepared mostly during festive season.

Ingredients for kalamay lansong

2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup rice flour
1 can ube condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
