The Centre and NTA have filed affidavits before the Supreme Court regarding the NEET-UG exam conducted on May 5. Denying any mass malpractice, the affidavits highlight a bell-shaped curve in marks distribution and identify only 47 candidates under suspicion for paper leaks and OMR sheet irregularities. The NTA is considering a shift from pen-and-paper exams to online tests.
