Can you imagine going dairy-free? I couldn't! It wasn't until my trainer suggested I cut dairy from my diet that I realized milk, yogurt and cheese were negatively affecting me! After going dairy-free for 2 weeks, I immediately noticed I was less bloated, my skin was clearer, I had more energy and I felt like I was glowing from within. I have never gone back (I am about 80% dairy free with an occasional cheat because...CHEESE!).
