Buttermilk Ranch:
1 oz Kroger Party Dip Ranch dip mix
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt, use up to 2 cups for a thicker dip and less buttermilk
8 fl oz Plain unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar, to mix with almond milk to make buttermilk
To make the buttermilk, mix apple cider vinegar into milk and let set for about 5 minutes. Add Greek yogurt and ranch dip mix and stir well. Refrigerate for a couple of hours for best taste.

Spinach Dip:
1 1.4 oz packet of Knorr Recipe Mix, Vegetable
1 cup Hellmann's Light mayonnaise
2 cups Plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Uncooked scallions
10 oz Kroger Frozen Chopped Spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
1⁄4 cup Uncooked bell pepper, chopped
Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate for a few hours. Overnight is even better!
