I stumbled across the Python Manim Library, and, this was an attempt to utilise its Bar Charting capabilities.

I already had FFMPEG installed on my computer, and, I just had to "pip install Manim" to get this animation to work. The "pip install" added all the additional libraries I needed. I believe that if I want to add text, and, mathematical symbols to future animations I will have to install additional modules.
