Johnny is a Member of the Royal Society of Biology with a strong interest in what makes us tick. Having spent a decade in sport, studying biology and then working in the intense corporate world, he has learned to draw on our ancient brain wirings in understanding why we feel a certain way under specific contexts, such as the fear of standing out, and how by explaining those feelings from an evolutionary point of view, it has helped him overcome those fears and hesitations, and make you more resilient. Johnny Luk, is a Bedfordian venture builder and communications specialist. He most recently led the horizon scanning function for NHSx as part of the COVID-19 pandemic response and is the current Governor for the University for the Creative Arts. Prior to this, Johnny was Head of Policy and Strategy for Adecco UK, the largest resourcing company in the world and in 2019 he was a Parliamentary Candidate securing nearly 14,000 votes and 5 Cabinet Minister endorsements.
