Moroccan style salmon
This recipe is for 4 people
4 strips of salmon fillets
1 red bell pepper
1 carrot cut in julienne strips
Coriander
2 big cloves of garlic chopped
Salt, pepper to taste
3/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 cup vegetable oil (for marinade)
In a deep plate put some vegetable oil, Salt, pepper, Paprika, turmeric, garlic powder coriander, juice if 1 lemon optional. Whisk a little. Add to that mixture the salmon pieces skin side up and marinate 10 minutes.
In the meantime in a skillet saute garlic, red pepper strips and carrot strips on medium heat. Let soften 5 minutes then add 4 to 5 tbsps of water 1/4 tsp paprika stir, then add the salmon fillets skin side up, cover and cook 5 minutes. Then uncover and turn over salmon pieces cover and lower to medium low & simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
