What would it be like preaching Jesus through postcolonial imagination? In her Beecher Lectures, Kim engages in conversation around this question, tackling the Christological themes emerging from the liturgical seasons. She examines the white middle-class Eurocentric norms in preaching Jesus and reformulates theological and homiletical frameworks from postcolonial perspectives to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ relevant to our contemporary world.
