The Bengal Sultanate is one of the most interesting nations to grace the medieval world. Situated along the mouth of the Ganges in the Bay of Bengal, Bengal is the divider between India, Southeast Asia, and China. Thus, its politics are influenced by nations of all three. While it starts as a mid-tier nation, it has great benefits to players who are ready to exploit it’s strengths. Bengal is the only Sunni nation in India and can allow for an easy Deus Vult takeover of India. It is also in one of the strongest trade nodes with access to some of the best resources in the game to a player with the resolve to expand. Bengal can also be transformed into Hindustan and after conquering India, can go on to take Samarkand and complete the Bengal Tiger achievement. That is our goal.
