NLP recursive reframing patterns are a set of linguistic patterns that allow you to change the meaning of a situation or experience. Steve Andreas discusses NLP recursive reframing patterns and provides a number of examples to illustrate how these patterns can be used to change people's behavior and thinking. They are called "recursive" because they help you to keep opening up new possibilities and perspectives until you find one that feels better for you.
