👉Gluten-Free Jam Pockets
Makes 6 8’’ size crepes
Cooking time 20 minutes
Preparation time 15 minutes

3 tables chia seeds
⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoon orange juice and zest
👉Crepes
⅓ cup powdered oats
⅓ cup tapioca flour/arrowroot/all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup whole milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter to cook
To serve
Unsweetened Peanut butter
Banana slices
Icing sugar for dusting.
