Back to Ultimate Fitness Gym for a Posterior Session.
If you want to know the secret to a small waist... it's to build a decent back!! This gives the illusion to a smaller waist when you train both your back and glutes. It gives a great hourglass shape!! ⏳
Today's session I was winging it a little but it is still focused on the back with a few other "pull" based movements. Including RDL's and lying hamstring curl.
Being a Wellness competitor within bodybuilding its extremely important to ensure you have a small waist and show this off. This is created by not bracing in the wrong way and emphasising training around movements that will effectively grow your was it/midsection. For example occasionally conventional Deadlifts can sometimes add the widening of your waist. Therefore you will never seen me do a deadlift. Apart from today... But it was and alternative - RDL (Romanian Deadlift)
Within today's session are some of my staple movements and favourite exercises to perform on a Posterior day!
