✅️I believe that if you cook at home and mostly choose from cheaper brands (especially Smart line in esselunga), you should be fine (three meals with variety in taste and nutrition). However, if you wish to have meals in the restaurants, it only, more or less, covers one meal per day.😉
✅️Two things to keep in mind:
✔️The first is that if you don't spend the money every day, it won't be saved; you have to go shopping every day. It's a good reason for me to walk every day, but sometimes it's bothersome during exam season.🫠
✔️Secondly, there are a limited number of supermarkets and restaurants that accept this type of payment and you have to check it beforehand.🔔
