This is a 15 min Full Body Isometric Workout with no repeat that can be done anywhere. We have 15 different exercises, 40s ON and 20s OFF for only one round. Make sure you warm up before starting this workout and if you feel it wasn't enough, you could go for one more round, make it your own!
