President Joe Biden is still trying to minimize the fallout from last week's debate debacle. He's heading to Wisconsin on Friday for a rally, after speaking Wednesday night with more than 20 Democratic governors, including Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker. Biden said he's staying in the race for the White House.
