When we do Vaser liposuction to remove the fat, the pain will be there for 4-5 days. You have to wear a pressure garment for 6 weeks but you can get back to the office as soon as the 5th or 6th day. After breast reduction surgery we would suggest 8-9 days of rest. Heavy exercising can start only after 3-4 weeks and you can go to the office 8-10 days after the surgery.
