A $250,000 award has been made available for the capture of Cristian Adolfo Cuxum, whose alleged actions in October left a referee dead and two soccer players with “life-altering” injuries. Cuxum’s alleged offenses are at the top of the list due to the incident’s widespread community impact, as well as the nature of the crime in question, said BOLO program director Max Langlois.
