The video shows the disconnection ERROR "unable to load requested menu" on the PS5. I had this problem for 1 month, from the moment I picked up the game until the day this video was posted, when I finally managed to figure out how to fix it. I believe the problem is caused by an error in the progress transfer from Hitman 2 to Hitman 3.
Be aware that the fix involves deleting all your progress in the game (XP levels, challenges, shortcuts, weapons, etc). Starting over sucks, but it is the only workable solution so far, since IO Interactive won't comment on it and won't reply to my support tickets.
Before you try this, is worth change wi-fi, use wired internet connection, etc.
FOR OBVIOUS REASONS, I DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THIS WILL WORK.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU GET THIS ERROR OCCASIONALLY OR ONLY IN SOME OF THE MISSIONS (LOCATIONS) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY THIS.
Basically you should: delete Hitman 3 AND your save on the PS5 storage, you can do this in settings → storage → games and apps → delete hitman 3. You can delete the save using the same path, but after storage, you should go in saved data → delete hitman 3 data. If you have a save in the cloud (PS Plus users) I recommend also delete it: settings → cloud storage → delete hitman 3 data.
In parallel, you also need to create a new IOI account ([ Ссылка ]). If you linked your PSN account to your previous IOI account, you will need to unlink it. I did this by simply deleting the IOI account, but it may be possible to unlink it in other ways. To follow the way I did it, log into your old IOI account, go to account settings → delete account.
As I said, you will lose all the progress you made in Hitman 3 (and Hitman 2 too, if you transferred progress), but it is better to start over than not play.
