1985 BMW K100RT completely rebuilt and converted to a custom cafe racer style with dark handle bars and a Twisted Brothers tail section. The drive train was torn down and resealed, all pieces cleaned, new clutch, rebuilt injectors. Multiple pieces painted. The team was modified to fit the new look, including removal of non necessary mounts, welded brackets for the new seat and a cut rear section. The exhaust was cut and cleaned with a brass wheel. Foot pegs mounts modified to eliminate rear pegs. All lighting has been replaced with LED units. Hand controls have been restored. Braking restored including caliper rebuilds, master cylinder rebuilds and stainless steel lines. All cables and brake lines replace with Venhill parts and an Acewell CA085 speedo/tach with BEP 3.0 installed. All that is left is repainting the tank, fender and tail section. This is its first time back on the road and feels like a completely different bike.
A before version of the bike is included in my videos.
