This is not the first time I was tip baited on Uber Eats and it's not going to be the last time but this time I made sure that Uber Eats compensated me for my tip baiting client. The issue with being a Uber Eats driver regardless if you are a Uber Eats driver in Canada like me or anywhere else s that Uber Eats does not protect our tips. Now I understand if I gave you a bad experience that you would take away my tip but when I did everything that was supposed to be done and the client goes in and changes my tip on Uber Eats for no reason that's where I draw the line. Tip baiting is something that should stop on Uber Eats but it likely won't but in this Uber Eats driver ride along video you will see exactly how much I got Uber Eats to give back to me. I am a new full time Uber Eats driver and being part of this gig economy somedays as a gig worker is not a easy job.
