SUBSTANTIALITY OF PORTION USED: The amount used is not more than half or makes up the entirety of the video in question. It is only used for a brief portion of the video where I discuss a particular film that I personally admire. It is not an upload of the entire film, nor does it take up the majority of the video.

EFFECT OF THE USE: The effect is to showcase several films that I personally admire and appreciate all in one big video, not to upload an entire film to YouTube on my channel. I never would do something like that, and the film in question is only one small portion of a video celebrating/discussing several other films.
