Working at Marshalls was a good experience for me because of the people there, everyone was cool from management, coordinators coworkers. My responsibilities were keeping my department clean (Men's, Kid's, Toys, the Hub), doing "go backs" from the front and fitting room, pushing out merchandise, I was also back up cashier (doing returns), and also in the stock room which I preferred. In the stock room I had to take apart pallets of merchandise and categorize them per departments (department number was written on the outside of box). Hope this helps anyone that is wondering what it is like to work at Marshalls.
