Vietnamese PM Pham Minh Chinh has arrived on 3-day state visit to India on invitation of PM Modi. He was received by MoS External Affairs, Pabitra Margherita on July 30 in New Delhi. Vietnamese PM is scheduled to hold a bilateral discussion with PM Modi on August 01. The visit is expected to strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership b/w both the nations.
