"Father, I recognize that I am a sinner. I recognize that I can no longer do without you. Today I want to change, I want to start all over with you. I recognize that for me you went to the cross. You carried on you my fears, my shame, my misery. You died for me, I recognize it and I accept it. I recognize that after death, you rose from the dead for me, to give me your life, to give me hope.

Today, I accept you in my life, I recognize you as my Lord and as my Savior. By faith I receive your Spirit in my life and from this day my life is yours. '' In the name of Jesus!
