Cookie artist Amber Speigel's journey to running her own business had many twists and turns. She began her journey in the pastry program at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, followed by an internship decorating cakes for the famous Wilton company. We talk with Speigel about how her decision to leave Wilton to pursue her business full time, and how her passion for cookie decorating has since turned into a hugely successful operation.
