Cook green lentils until they are tender. Don’t overcook. Add lemon juice, olive oil, chopped red pepper, dill, parsley, & green onion.
Ingredients:
1,5 cups green lentils, cooked and cooled 4 green onions, finely chopped1⁄2 bunch parsley, finely chopped1⁄2 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
1 red bell papper, finely diced 6-7 pickles, finely diced1 can of corn
Sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil juice of 1,5 lemons
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently to combine together with a sauce of lemon juice, vegetable oil, and salt. The salad is ready to be served.
