A pizza that is freshly baked right at the convenience of your home, budget friendly and healthy. Pizza crust is made from scratch! Way better than store bought pizza! Enjoy this easy pizza making whenever you crave for it!

Stuffed Crust Creamy Spinach Pizza

Ingredients :
Dough:
• 2 1/2 cups (380g) all purpose flour or bread flour
• 1 tsp (3g) instant dry yeast
• 1 cup (250g) warm water (110⁰F to 130⁰F Temperature)
• 2 tsp (10g) brown sugar, packed
• 3 tbsp (35g) vegetable oil or any tyoe of oil
• 1/2 tsp (2g) iodized salt

Spinach Sauce:
• 2 tbsp butter or margarine
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 white onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp bread flour or all purpose flour
• 100g to 200g spinach leaves (you may also use water spinach leaves or kangkong or romaine lettuce)
• 1/2 cup all purpose cream
• 1/2 tsp iodized salt
• 1 small block (215g) cream cheese

Optional:
you may add dried or fresh basil/parsley for an herb taste

Toppings:
• 1 small block (165g) regular cheese for stuffing the crust edges, sliced (good for 2 dough)
• 1 small block (165g) regular cheese, grated (good for 2 dough)
• 1 small block (165g) of quickmelt cheese, grated ( good for 2 dough)


Baking Pan:
two 12 inch (33cm) round pizza pan or baking pan or 2 Baking sheet 16x12 inches
you may also use cast iron for a more crusty pizza

Yields:
two 12 inch round pizza

* Pre-heat oven for 15 minutes at 180⁰C
* Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the edge turns slightly brown and crispy.
* Or preheat oven to 200⁰C and bake for 25 mins for a more crispy pizza.
* Slice and serve immediately.
