What are some of the big problems we face in resident clinic and how can we address them? I look over a post and several helpful suggestions from r/residency members. In general - we need to schedule frequent follow-ups, tackle a few problems at a time, set boundaries on what work we are doing in our free time, utilize other resources / members of the care team, prechart less, use better dotphrases and templates, and other helpful tips!
