By far the most fun multiclass build I have tried for Wizard thus far. The move speed from bard spells make playing caster Wizard bearable in a meta of Sprint/Rage Rogue, Fighters, and Barbarians. The stats you get from Rousing and Storyteller also make extremely budget kits god tier on Wizard. This build is strictly insane for Solo/Duo. In buff ball trio land however, it's probably bad.
