Easy breaded chicken drumsticks in the oven! Delicious dinner!
Looking for an easy dinner idea? Here is a delicious and crunchy oven baked chicken drumsticks. They are spicy just enough to make you beg for more! Meal full of protein and flavor! This easy recipe can be cooked by anyone. Also, you can adjust spices to your taste.
It is hard to compete with KFC chicken, but I think this chicken recipe is better!

Recipe:
10 chicken drumsticks
Break 3 eggs and whisk them well (for the egg bath)
In separate bowl mis 1 tbsp. of oregano, 1tbsp. of basil, 1 tbsp. of garlic powder,
1 tbsp. of paprika, 1tbsp. of cumin powder, 1 tbsp. of salt powder
Season with black pepper (I put a lot)
Mix the spices well
Sprinkle flour on the plate and mix in 1 tbsp. of spice mix
Mix breadcrumbs with the rest of the spice mix in a separate bowl
First roll chicken in flour
Then dip in egg bath
Then coat chicken with spiced breadcrumbs
Then place chicken on a rack
Spray chicken drumsticks with cooking oil
Bake in the oven at 200C (395F) for 25 minutes
After 25 minutes, turn the chicken drumsticks over
Spray with cooking oil
Bake for another 25 minutes
For the dip: mix Greek yogurt with chopped cilantro
Season with salt and black pepper
Chicken already has enough spices :))
