So to avoid all this you can make mixed herbs at home which is used as seasoning. , These mixed herbs are often sprinkled on food like pasta or pizza, etc to add a great taste to the recipe. Use glass bottles with tight lids to store your dried herb mixes. All seasonings gradually lose flavor over time. You can store it for 5-6 months.

2. Basil (Tulsi) - 1/2 Cup
3. Curry Leaves (Kadipatta) - 1/2 Cup

5. Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya) - 1/2 Cup
6. Roasted Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - 1 1/2 tsp
