Sunday, July 7th was the Feast of St. Crone, patron saint of Templecrone Parish 'Dungloe'. Each year on this date a 'Turas' is made, a pilgrimage of prayer along two Holy Wells (St. Finian's and St. Crona's) to St. Crone's monastery, finishing at the Holy Stone. Forty pilgrims joined with Fr Johnny Moore, P.P. Dungloe, who led the pilgrimage, which was dedicated to the soul of Huddie McCole, the late Guardian of the Site.
