About Dr James Davies:
Dr. James Davies has significant experience in a variety of mental health settings, including the NHS and for Mind. He is a psychotherapist, researcher, and university professor. He has published four books on multiple topics, such as psychiatry, psychoanalysis, and psychological distress.
His clients come to him for help with a wide range of emotional challenges, including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, work-related stress, self-harm, relationship troubles, problems with self-esteem and self-value, disordered eating, panic attacks, rage issues, and eating disorders.
