In this tutorial, you will learn iOS 15: How to Use Private Relay.

Private relay is just Apple’s name for their own VPN service. Private Relay is designed to protect your privacy by ensuring no single party sees who you are and what pages you are visiting. This is an iCloud+ subscription feature.

Go to Settings - Your Name - iCloud - Private Relay and turn it on.

You can also tap on IP Address Location Settings and choose an option that best suits you. Maintain General Location allows sites to show you localized content in Safari, while your IP address stays hidden.

Use Country and Time Zone uses a broader location for your IP address, still within your country and time zone.

As you can see, private relay is integrated into the iOS. Remember though that this is part of the paid iCloud+ subscription.
