Craving for a complete Desi Chinese meal at home but want to stay away from stress and hassle? You can now make a fusion of Hakka noodles, fried rice, crispy fried noodles, and spicy veg Manchurian gravy all in one. In this video, know how to make Triple Schezwan Fried Rice at home with ease.

Ching's Schezwan Chutney is widely available in retail outlets and online stores.

TRIPE SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE RECIPE:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chopped vegetables (carrot, onions, french beans, capsicum)
- 4 cups (400g) boiled rice (leftover rice is best)
- 1 pack (150g) boiled Ching's Veg Hakka Noodles
- 2 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
- Oil
- 1 cup cornflour

For Manchurian Gravy:
- 2 cups of grated cabbage
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp chopped green chili
- ¼ cup besan
- Salt to taste for manchurian balls
- 250ml water
- Oil
- 1 packet Ching's Veg Manchurian Masala

Method:

1) For the gravy:
00:00 Manchurian balls: take grated cabbage and squeeze water from it. In a bowl mix cabbage, chopped ginger, chopped green chili, besan and a pinch of salt. Now mix well.
00:20 Make small balls and deep fry on a slow flame until golden brown.
00:52 Now mix Veg Manchurian Masala in water.
1:07 Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry vegetables (onion, carrot, and capsicum) for 2 minutes.
1:14 Add masala mixture and Manchurian balls and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, for thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add spring onions for garnish.
- Serve this with rice and noodles dish prepared.

2) For the rice and noodles preparation:
1:36 Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped vegetables for 2-3 minutes
1:45 Add boiled rice and boiled Ching's Veg Hakka Noodles. Now stir fry for 2 minutes.
1:56 Add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix well and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Remove it to a serving plate and top it up with crispy noodles.

3) For fried/crispy noodles:
2:19 boiled Ching's Veg Hakka noodles with cornflour and fry until crispy and golden brown.
