Ingredients:
Momo Sheets
1 cup ap flour
¼ tsp salt
¾ tsp cooking oil
¼ cup + tbsp hot water
Momo Filling
250-gm minced chicken
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt to taste
¼ cup green onions
1 green chili
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp roasted cumin
½ tsp cooking oil
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Tandoori Coating
2 tbsp plain yogurt
½ tsp red chili
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp garlic ginger paste
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp mustard oil
Instructions:
1. Mix ap flour with salt and cooking oil
2. Gradually mix in hot water
3. Knead for 4-5 minutes until dough is smooth
4. Saranwrap and rest dough for 20 minutes
5. In a bowl mix minced chicken with lemon juice, salt to taste, green onions, green chili, ginger garlic paste and roasted cumin
6. Mix in cooking oil
7. Roll out dough and cut into small pieces
8. Roll out small sheets and place filling and seal
9. Steam for 10-12 minutes
10. Prepare tandoori sauce in a bowl by add plain yogurt, Kashmiri red chili, turmeric, garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, salt and mustard oil
11. Coat the chicken momos in tandoori mixture then fry in pan until some browning appear
12. Ready to Enjoy!
