Hey guys, today we have another recipe from my mother.

Ingredients required:
3 cups glutinous rice
250g pork belly
80g dried mushrooms
15 shallots
60g Dried shrimps
100g Peanuts
1 tbsp white pepper powder
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp salt
Red Chillies for garnish
Cilantro for garnish
