1) KB Swings 2) KB Catch & Squats 3) KB Clean & Press (right & left sides) 4) KB Lunges (pass KB thru from inside to outside while alternating legs) 5) KB Curtsie Lunges (passing KB from inside to outside)
Ladder Down... Pass through each exercise starting at 10 Reps... then 8, 6, 4, and finally 2 each.
Tips... use hip thrust when swinging KB, use momentum of KB, keep knees behind toes.
