We know college isn't for everybody - and we're glad. We train skills appropriate to a career as a heavy equipment operator, including any you may need for a specific job, at our 400-acre training site, which is open to all current members at no cost. We've begun making arrangements to expand and offer training in North Dakota soon, too.
Our apprentices are also constantly learning right on the job site, developing and refining their skills with one key difference from colleges and training companies - instead of paying, they're earning while they learn.
