Upside-down Puff Pastry 4 ways!
Pizza Inspired:
Mozzarella Cheese, Sun-dried Tomato, Turkey Pepperoni, Capers, Lemon Basil, Vegan Ranch, Black Pepper, Leek & Lemon Oil
Prosciutto & Cream Cheese:
Prosciutto, Dill & Chive Cream Cheese, Shallot, Tomato, Dill, Leek & Lemon Oil
Balsamic Shallot:
Leek & Lemon Oil, Balsamic Reduction, Shallot, Tomato, Thyme, Lemon Zest
Chinese Sausage:
Chinese Sausage, Baby Bok Choy, Scallion, Perilla Oil (or Sesame Oil), Sesame Seeds, Thai Basil
Tip: Slice Shallots, Tomato, and Chinese Sausage thinly so they fully cook!
Layer ingredients, press down puff pastry on top, seal edges, and poke holes in top to vent steam (prevent soggy pastry).
Brush on egg wash (I used Leek & Lemon Oil instead)
Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
