Today, we show you how to make a baked good that's been trending in Seoul. It's called Ang-Butter Bread! It's typically served on a baguette or ciabetta bread. But we found a bakery that was serving ang-butter on fresh, delicious scone! So what exactly is ang-butter? It's a combination of butter and sweet red bean paste. Yes, I was a bit shocked when I saw a block of butter being sold on bread. I was like ugh, that is ridiculous!! And I didn't go near it for 3 months. But this past weekend, we were feeling a bit adventorous and tried it out based on the store manager's recommendation. When we tried it, we were shocked!! The combination of butter & red bean paste is phenomenal! Bad Dan-yul for judging things before trying them!!
