Today we made lemon garlic roasted zucchini
Here is the rough recipe:
3 zucchini
Fresh cracked pepper
Red pepper flakes
Dressing
Lemon juice
Clove of garlic
Black pepper
Herbs de Provence (includes thyme, rosemary, basil, parsley, oregano, tarragon, marjoram, lavender flowers)
Roast zucchini at 425 degrees for about 30 minuets flip over about 1/2 way through. Cook until your desired crispness then let cool
Chop it all up and add the dressing and eat it right away or put in the fridge and let it marinate for a day or even a few days
