Ingredients,
2-3 Large Russet potatoes (sliced into wedges)
1 tbsp Olive oil

seasonings,
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp dry oregano or Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp dry chili flakes(optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
(detailed Recipe in the description box below)

wash and Slice potatoes into wedges.
to a large bowl add sliced potatoes.
drizzle olive oil on the top and mix to coat the potatoes.mix and add the seasonings listed in the ingredients, pour over the sliced potatoes and mix well to coat the potatoes.
place the seasoned potatoes into the Air fryer basket in a single layer and Air fry at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
halfway through give the basket a gentle shake.roast until potatoes are nicely crispy. 
sprinkle some sea salt, grated parmesan cheese, and fresh chopped, parsley on top, and ENJOY!
