After 9 years of service, Ubisoft announces The Crew is permanently shutting down on March 31, 2024.
Ubisoft said the reason is the game's ancient server tech and licensing issues.
I do believe that was the reason The Crew 1 is permanently shutting down. The game is old, 9 years old. The age of the game was inevitably the reason why it's shutting down.
