Teaching My Nieces How to make Nigerian Meat Pie

Ingredients used:
For 1kg flour, we added:
- 250g margarine because Nigerian flour is very fine (else 350g margarine).
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Cool water till a smooth ball of dough is achieved

Meat Pie Filling:
Made with 2kg of beef mince (video coming), then divided into three for the 3 kilos of flour.

Then:
- Egg for sealing and glazing
